:: Integration of vehicle electricity :
Modern vehicles need professional solutions Modern commercial trucks have a high complex electrical system. Control moduls and integrative CAN-systems integrate and control the lightnig equipment, in some cases with a limitted interaction of other aggregates. That's why "quick and dirty" won't be possible in most models if it's about integration of High-Beam Lights or Beacon Lights. The cabling and connection with the shipborne net must be well thought-out, vehicle specific and mounting optimized.
Every Jumbo Light Bar possesses it: The integrated cable We already took over a big part of the work: The wiring harness is already pulled in the bar and you don't need to bore any holes in the hard and intractable stainless steel. (if you do it right and don't think about installing the cable with cable clips.
- 1 x access to the pipe
- 4 x emersions (at 3 leads) for headlights with side light
- 2x emersions (at 2 leads) for Beacon Lights or Traillamp-Protection-Bar
- wire cross-section for high-beam lights up to a max. 6 x 100W at 24V
- for certain roof bars there is a system plug for the wiring harness
Laying the cable
The cable is long enough so that it can always be layed in one piece. For some vehicle models it is not even necessary to bore a hole in the roof. It is more elegant to lay the cable through the lining of the A-pillar and then behind the service flap where the vehicle electricity is located. Of course we consider these mounting surroundings also in regard of the access to the roof bar of the wiring harness.
Addition: vehicle specific system wiring harness
For certain vehicle types we deliver system wiring harnesses that are ready to mount. It is simply a logical amendment to the integrated wiring harness that makes the connection of the lights to the vehicle electricity much easier.
The system wiring harness is linked with the wiring harness of the roof bar via the system plug. The cable harness divides into different specifical harnesses. Everything that is necessary for the electrification, except the switch, is included in the scope of delivery.

- sytem plug for the connection with the light bar wiring harness
- vehicle specific, adapted multi-chain cable harness
- integrated relay with mounting foot and fuse
- connected cable harness to the switch console in the dash panel
- only the original switcher (e.g. for additional high beam or beacon lights) are required
