According to the motto "driver's dream" a wonderful - maybe even the most wonderful show truck in europe - originated. Rarely a vehicle aroused so many emotions and rarley opinions were so positiv.

The product designer from Mercedes-Benz Trucks worked out a concept and strived enthusiatic for it's realization. Jumbo was asked to realize these ideas and so a group of high-quality truck refiners gathered in order to accomplish this project.

Base: Actros V8 6x4 heavy duty SZM

A Mercedes-Benz Actros 2660 6x4 semitrailer tractor mit Megaspace cab.

Furnishing: ADNO

ADNO, Aalst in Belgium integrated a comfortable lounge with two armchairs and an adjustable table. With a few hand movements the lounge turns into a sleeping berth. ADNO paneled the whole cabin with alcantara and leather design, at which only the best materials were used.

Inboard lacquering: Merckaert Guy

The warm colours of the cloth had to be caught up by the plastic parts and dash panel. Fa. Merckaert Guy from Herne in Belgium took over this challenge. They also lacquered the wood design of the door lining, the closet flap, the table and parts of the dashboard in Airbrush - technique.

The multimedia concept: Jumbo-Tech

Jumbo - Tech took over the realization of the multimedia concept. Components: 17" flat screen, DVD-multimedia station, DLS output and loudspeaker, IBeam-Woofer, integrated mobile office with ThinkPad T60.

The  Airbrush: Roland Just

Now Roland Just from Klieken could begin with his Airbrush. Free-hand he applied magnificent horse and buffalo motives. Motives that will awake emotions. For sure the part of the project that could awake the most enthusiastic emotions.

Our key skill: Chrome from Jumbo-Fischer

Jumbo-Fischer was instructed to develop unique components and was allowed to draw on unlimited resources. The specials: 1. chromed stainless steel of all kinds, based on 25 years experience, was intergegrated. But unsurpassable will always be real chrome. We took it as a new challenge and so all visible parts consisted not only of polished stainless steel - they were also chromed. Unique how the surface refelcts and in addition to that chrome is a non corroding base material. 2. Chrome & LED. An important component of the chromefinishing is also the integration of light concepts. Again we could revert to our experience so that we developed attachment parts which embedded the LED lights in the entire visiul appearance.
