One can speak of successful quality management if all internal processes transfer the high claim for quality of a single product to other divisions of the company. It starts off with an orderly product documentation, extends to a decided contractor management and ends with a competent, versed sales advisory service and After-Sales assistance. Sustainable and construed for decades - proved over the decades.

Required: Verification of a QS-system (RREG 70/156/EWG)

As a manufacturer of truck parts that are liable to registration and subjects to authorisation we are obliged by law to carry a QS-system. Since 2002 our QS-System is checked recurrently by the TÜV CERT. Since 2009 the QS of both establishments, Hamburg (Neu Wulmstorf) and Buende, are verified. In Buende the administrative and logistic processes are subject to a second certified quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001.

We apply for long-time Part Certificates of Conformity via the TÜV Nord.

Accreditation as a contractor and body manufacturer

Jumbo-Fischer is OEM and SOE contractor for reputable European commercial truck-, boat- and defence engineering producer. Thus, Jumbo is accredited body manufacturer for Mercedes Benz.

As a member of the trademark association "Edelstahl Rostfrei e.V." we are authorized to carry the brand label "Edelstahl Rostfrei". By this we are obliged to comply with the strict requirements of the association in regard of the right choice of material and the appropriate adaption and manufacture.
