Roof light bars as a system Jumbo light bars are subject to a system idea. As additional headlamps they provide a basis for more supplemental duties. Light bars "Eleganz" Sophisticated mounting concepts Our competence in terms of development mainly concentrates on the optimization of mounting. First of all it is important not to damage the roof skin or as the case may to minimize the number of bore holes.
Same also applies to the cabling: a multiplicity of Jumbo roof light bars can be connected without damaging the roof. (e.g. Actros, TG, Magnum).
Wherefore Roof Light Bars?
Light bars "Standard" Jumbo Light bars are supposed to be mounted on the roof with little bore holes as possible. The form of the bar defines how the lights will be arranged. For this reason it doesn't make sense to mount a roof bar that requires as many bore holes as if you mount the lights directly on the roof. Besides these technical - and of course also visible - advantages you can recognize a sophisticated mounting when the punctual load is divided up to the mounting points of the hole light bar. Generally Jumbo-light bars are ready to mount and include 4 brackets to fix the lights to the roof bar. By default the light bar is also already cabled for the standart stage of expansion (4 headlamps and 2 warning beachon). This means that one cable loom goes in the bar and 4 x 3 and 2 x 2 come out of the bar (for the lights).
In this respect you can also use your roof bar for 2 rotating beacon or illuminated warning bars. You merely need the appropriate brackets in order to fix the lights to the bar. Jumbo-Roof light bar:
